Account Manager (Colorado, Montana, Wyoming & Utah)

The desired candidate will be responsible for developing long-term customer relationships, maximizing new account penetration and customer retention while selling our sleep, suction, oxygen and aerosol product lines. The candidate must understand consultative selling techniques, manage a large geographic territory and have the ability to introduce new DeVilbiss products to the marketplace. A proven track record of multi-year sales success in a highly competitive is a must.

 

Job Duties

 

  • Represent the full line of company product offerings within DeVilbiss Healthcare to defined territories and customers within Canada – Quebec Province.  Sleep Therapy is the area of focus.

  • Make sales calls, ask for orders, work with customers to expand business opportunities, ensure products are properly presented and that customers are aware of product changes, new releases, etc.

  • Maintain records of territory, customer order potential, status of sales in progress and provide feedback to management on a regular basis.

  • Regularly call on Homecare Owners, Purchasing Agents, Sleep Lab Directors, Physicians, and related management personnel to promote DeVilbiss Healthcare Solutions.

The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, product design experience, and be an excellent team player. Job Duties

  • Serve as a team member within the New Product Development Engineering group providing embedded software design and development support for new and existing medical devices.

  • Document all aspects of software development including requirements, specifications, architecture and design documents, and test plans.

  • Participate in detailed cross-functional team design reviews.

  • Integrate and troubleshoot embedded software within hardware platforms.

Database Report Writer/Analyst (Somerset, PA)

 

The Database Report Writer/Analyst provides business and analytical data that can positively impact all aspects of the organization and works under the supervision of the Senior IT Manager. Areas of responsibility are reviewed on a weekly basis.

 

Job Duties

  • Create and edit reports by defining data sources, metrics, dimensions and dashboards to deliver and support automated and ad-hoc reporting requests/requirements.

  • Collaborates with the IT organization in the development and maintenance of the reporting infrastructure.

  • Works with business leadership to identify business intelligence priorities.

  • Provides data validation to ensure reports represent data accurately and that customer needs are met.
